I do like Dominos pizza better then any other pizza available in India that’s because of taste and new innovations done in pizza . As per me, it is best when it is hot and I like to order at least 02-03 times per month . However this particular store is very very casual in delivery and quality . Sometime you get good pizza in 30 minutes and some time you get very bad pizza . However, recently( 02 days back) they just forgot to deliver Pizza, I tried to contact store after 01 hour of order placement but they didn’t pick phone . So I reached out to thier toll free number and the person from dominos call centre tried to reach to them but they had not picked up phone . Next I got call from call centre supervisor after 15 minutes or so and he assured me that he will get pizza delivered but even he couldn’t get that done . Now I am writing to them to refund my money but they are also not replying. may be they have lost total control over this outlet . so in nutshell . dominos pizza is great but this store can be avoided .
