I received an offer thru sms offering a buy one get one free coupon code.
But the offer wouldnt work online. neither did it work on call thru your restaurant at centurion mall, nerul, navi mumbai or thru thru your call center. on calling hm the second time.
I was made to wait by some faizan at your call center for more than 7 minutes. he connected the call to the wrong outlet(and dusappeared from the con-call) and the manager there promised me that he would call the centurion mall outlet and the manager there would honor my deal.
On recoonnecting with the centurion outlet, the manager there, ravi, finally told me he could honor my coupon code only on a medium plus medium pizza, whereas I wanted a large plus large.
Nowhere in your sms did it mention that I could not order a large pizza. your guys were ridiculous and totally useless. all they could do is honor me with the offer - given that I was on call with them for more than 40 minutes now. finally when I asked ravi if he was giving me what I wanted, he bluntly said no. ridiculous service - is what I would call this. thats when I decided to cancel the transaction.
I want to know why in the 1st place did you guys send this sms to me with the offer. and if you sent it, you shouldve taken utmost care to honor the deal. moreover your staff was unable to help even after I put them repeated requests and forwarding the sms to them(for proof).
