As I will no longer have any pizza from Dominos even while it is the only pizza delivery available at sector 119/120 Noida. The problems were faced on order no. 292 on Friday, 12th from the above restaurant. The review is as follows:-
1) Delivery:- Bad, the Pizza delivery tracker will give a different person. This is because the restaurant wants to record the final stage of delivery to falsely show good operations while the Pizza will definitely be delivered post 30 minutes.
2) Pizza quality:- The cheese caused skin reaction, my wifes lips were swollen(probably her own allergy) . However, I & 2 others did not complain. You judge . Pizza will contain onion, tomatoes in sufficient quantity, however mushrooms, olives, jalapenos etc. are used sparingly.reason obvious
3) Taste:- Lost taste wasnt the same anyways. I ordered 2 Pizzas for 4 and everyone went to eat something else after 8 slices leaving 4. Earlier we used to eat 3 Pizzas .
4) After Sales:- A guy called me promising the service will be better and thats it . The feedback asks 2 questions with 2 options each and is closed. I notified each one that the 30 minutes guarantee was marginally violated . First barrier was reached in 35 minutes BUT NO REFUNDS AND NO DISCUSSIONS .
.Everything else was similarly rotten . I lost 780/- despite discounts on this order. Never Mind that I can easily take the hit for a life lesson. & if I can give it to 3 others atleast. I will post this on other social sites also.
