Domino is very famous for its delicious and high quality food items .I have made a purchase on the Dominos.co.in website twice this year and have had a decent experience. I ordered two cheese burst pizzas from the website and also availed the Vodafone Tuesday offer where I get one pizza free after buying one large pizza and it is really worth spending the money as in INR 350 or more, I get to enjoy two large pizzas and in this way one pizza cost approximately INR 175 each which is pretty cheap.
The thing which I do not like about this website is that one needs to place a minimum order of around INR 350 to 400 while ordering which gets pretty expensive to spend each time I need to order a pizza and also one cannot order the small pizzas at home even if they are ready to spend the minimum amount which is a negative fact of making an online delivery. The items available on the menu card as well are sometimes not available at the restaurant and hence cannot be delivered at the house. The pizzas that get delivered at home are extremely hot and appetizing and the delivery boys make sure that every time the order is delivered within 30 minutes while once it happened that the order got delayed due to unknown reasons and the delivery was done after two hours due to which the order was absolutely free for us and we had just to pay Rs. 20 for the coke and other charges which was a treat for us. However, orders once place on the website cannot be cancelled even if the delivery is made after a long time which is really not worth as if the delivery gets delayed by n number of hours, the customer needs to wait till it is delivered and cannot cancel his order at any cost.
There is a huge tax charged on every bill which makes one pizza which costs around INR 125 to INR 150 cost around INR 200 to INR 250. The website does offer coupons and discounts on different items whether pizzas and garlic bread and even run promotional offers throughout the year which makes it worth the money and also the prices get reasonable only if pizzas are purchased during these promotions. Overall my experience was good with this site im happy with their service too.
