Had terrible experience yesterday with Domino’s pizza. I ordered pizza with order number 330, (I made the payment in advance) at 7.30 pm and got it delivered at 10.15 pm. In between there was neither any confirmation call/email from domino’s side nor any status update of my order on Domino’s website. When I tried to contact the delivery center, nobody picked up the phone. I tried at least 30 times.
Also, I am not the only one who suffered, lots of other people at IIT Kanpur had similar experience. As I am a regular customer, I had personal mobile number of the manager at Rave-3 delivery center Kanpur, Mr. J. P. Gupta, he also didn’t pick up the phone and didn’t have courtesy to reply me back.
The delivery boy was adamant that he has done nothing wrong and this is a normal delivery time of pizza.
This is not a way to treat your customer . SHAME ON YOU DOMINO’s
