I have visited this website. My experience with this website is very bad. I received a mail from Dominos India in which they provided me a Coupon code by which I could get 1 pizza free with the order of 1 pizza ie. Buy 1 Get 1 Free Pizza.Most of the areas are not covered under delivery options. Also while ordering online while entering the mobile number it is not considering. Even I have spoken to customer care, they informed that your number is registered in another state so order cannot be taken under this contact number and to provide the new contact number. Even in some cases discounts were not available and at the end I have to drop the order online. However, at retail store the experience was good but not at all online.
Dominos used to be the best pizza outlet but now the pizza they offer, flavors, customer service of various branches are not good.
When I was staying in dahisar we all friend went to dahisar east dominos . my friends order 4 pizza . 2 pizza were non veg and 2 was veg. It took around 45-50 mins to them to gives us pizza .
I dnt remember its way back 8-9 month later but the pizza he order was different from wat he wants and actually he ate one piece of it so my friends did not said anything. After finishing we paid the bill and went from there and never visited again .
Its’ better to go pizza hut the best cheessey pizza you can experience there.If you can’t handle the customer satisfaction properly. better shut down you online channel.
This was rediculous experience.
So go for others plz.
