I have ordered a pizza online last weekend. The pizza person from an outlet gives me a callback saying we cant deliver pizza in you area. I was surprised to see if you cant deliver. why do you accept the order in the first place. The response for the refund query was given as ."Sir I dont know much. You should get your money back in 7 days. I will just cancel the order". Now after waiting for more than 10 days I have not received any call from dominos, neigther I have got refund for my order.
If you cant handle the customer satisfaction properly. better shut down you online channel.
