U go to a book store, pick up a copy of this book . read a bit and say "Gosh! Another so-called dietician . and this time with bollywood vouching for her . how glamorous!". And then u put the book back where u took it from. I wud hav done the same thing hadnt it been recommended to my by one of my best pals(not that hez lost wt. or sumthing).
Anyway, getting back to the book. Due to the recommendation by a trusted bookworm, I decided to give it a shot. And without wasting time I must say that I was mighty impressed. To rectify ur mistakes, firstly u shud know what mistakes u r commiting(unintentional ones). This book gives u precise tips on what I just said. Eat everything . but within a limit. Know the right time to eat the right food. And many more of such uniquely written tips, in our own Mumbaikar style. The author, Rujuta has kept it simple, and yet she has put her points across in a comprehensive way.
It will not just change ur perspective on eating habits but will also ensure that you do not miss any of ur fav foods. In limits, she stresses again:) I really like people who go into details while making you understand something. Even if u might feel like a kid whos being spoon-fed many a times while reading the book, you will appreciate the effort that has been put in by the author.
I dont hav to write much here as id rather let the book do the talking. Be sure to buy the book or borrow it from those u know. Id recommend that you buy the book cos you will love reading it more than once as your routine/eating habit changes according to whats written in the book. And yes, grab a vada pav while reading this one. The author will still sport a smile:)
