Doordarshan is one of old and famous channel.It is India’s first channel which is developed by government of India.
During my childhood I used to watch this channel. It telecasts the cricket matches. It also telecasts various entertaining programs to the childrens. Now due to the various cable channel, doordarshan is not watched by many people.But old people and sports lovers now also watch this channel.
Most of the people in rural areas and villages, still watch this channel. It is a very good channel developed by the government.
