This is one of the movies which I have seen just yesterday .. and that too because I did not have any English movie left in store to watch. Since the name was very naughty and compelling I thought of having a go.. expecting little humour with lot of confusion. The film was released under the `National Lampoon’ banner in 2003.
Now, let get rocking into the story :) .. Set during a day’s holiday at Billingsley University, `Dorm Daze’ spins the tale of a student community which is turned upside down when a bag full of money, a hooker , and a criminal visit the dorms.
`Dorm Daze’ is a pretty simplistic screwball comedy that is constantly interrupted by trendy sex jokes.
Please do not read as if I am writing some provocative sex article. Just read it as a movie of its kind
Points to Watch for
1) Confusion created by series of events
2) See how a single day of Dorm’s life can be when it involves huge money
3) BRITNEY (The Snake) , character of the film, you will never know who among the whole lot is :) . If you break this suspense even before directors break it , you are real genious <i/>
4) A few lip locking scenes . (only if you are interested in seeing such scenes)
What not to expect from it
1) Don’t expect that you will be giggling all along
2) Don’t expect that you will find a logical end
3) Don’t expect the performances to be good.
Over all.. if you give me a chance.. I would rate it 2 on a scale of 5 .. but if you are doing nothing and getting bored.. I would give a 3 out of 5 .. :)
