Dosa plaza is one of the worst dosa makers in patna. It is located in pnm mall near kurji patna. I visited here with my friend as you know pnm food court is open restaurant so you visit all shop and order. So we also visit dosa plaza and ordered dosa and my one of my friend ordere golgappa. It is crowded place so you can not find chair easily. After lot of struggle we found table. The taste of dosa was really disgusting and taste of gol gappa was also very bad.
First, the item put in dosa was rotten, one match stick found in dosa, taste of sambhar was not fresh it looked like few day before. We left dosa on plate, when we complained for dosa he did not listen and after some time he quarrelled with us.
Second, chance came gol gappa. Water of gol gappa was very bad. There was no taste of water and potato mixture was not mixed very well.
I invested money in dosa plaza was totally wasted. Behavior of staff was totally disgusting. They did not know how to speak with customer. Because his first priority is money not customer satisfaction.
