This is the story of orphaned raja(Mithun) who is a forest police officer. After the shooting death of a forest officer Anthony the authorities assiagn raja to his post, which he accepts. After he assigned to his post he find out that there are more official corruption working people are there and he dismisses them quickly. He then get a help from local tribals and their leader Mongola. Momgola exerts control over the region, preventing poaching, illegal cuttings of tress. Raja rescuses the elephant from the jaws of crocodile. Raja met wealthy pooja and bothe fall in love in each other but poojas dad want her to marry nagendra the son of sher singh., but pooja refuse to do so and the result is pooja marries raja without her gathers blessing.
Nagendra and Sher singh arrest and they goes to jail for 6 years, but their on traget nad motive is that to destroy Raja. After 6 years the release and find out Pooja is still married to Raja and they have a son. Nagendra and his father sher singh(Amjad Khan) conceive a scheme to break up rajas and poojas maraiage, get pooja and her son out of the way and then kill Raja. Naganedra and Sher singh poisoned the elepephant that raja rescued and the elephant goes berserk destroys the property, atack pooja, Raja and their son grieviously injuring him and has to be subdued.
As the result of this attack Pooja decided to leave raja and goes back to her dad and live with him. Now raja descie what to be done to protect him against Nagendra and sher singh.
Once elepahnt run away from the Rajas home and the police arrest the elepahant and put in zoo. Rajas and Poojas soon goes to visit zoo, he recgnise that his elephant ram. He ran way with the elephant Ram.
Then Pooja goes back to raja to save thier from the elephant. While their son in the jungle with elepephant Sher sing and Nagedra kidanpped their son. They demand thegold idol. To save their son Raja get the fake idol. Sher sing try to kill raja but his son and sher sing get killed by elephant.
The performace of main cast are really great. Mithun Chakraborty look great in tis film, his physique looking great. The action of the movie is very good. The film has very good cinematography and technically fillm is well made. The song by Rd.Brurman is also good. One of the osng is my favourate "Chota Sa Parivaar Hamara" Great song.
You can watch this film with children because it has animals and its fun to watch. One of the osngs look vulgar but you can avoid that songs. Over all is very good film. Watch it for Mithun. Kader Khan was great in this film too. Hi performace very good. *
