I am really surprised as to why dtdc started this subsidiary "dotzot"? They have very quickly garnered a reputation like non other. They have everything needed for an organisation to eventually fail. 1. A very bad track record of not delivering on time. 2. They have no contact to numbers. 3. The customer feedback form is the only way to connect to them and even that is an eye wash. 4.
They don’t give a damn about delivering the consignments to the consignee. Many of my consignments have gone back to the consignor stating the reason for non-delivery as’ consignee not available to take delivery’. They don’t even try to contact the consignee to arrange for a suitable time for delivery. Other courier companies are run by idiots by trying to reach the consignee for the delivery. I don’t know why the on-line sellers are even opting for dotzot?
