InfiBeam gave me DotZot(their vendor for delivery) contact number for tracking the parcel.It was booked on 03 July and reached me on 07 July and I felt it was obviously delayed(they claim they work on Saturdays too).
On July 05, I called DotZot customer care number(08030719103) at 4:15 pm and felt humiliated with the conversation I had.He was rude and said delivery may or may not happen and nothing is sure and he was very sarcastic.I was afraid that they may do some damage or steal my product(it was that type of conversation, if you want you can cross check with the recording).
Please do not make your loyal customer a fool.What shocked me was, both these vendors are not afraid of customer feedback.When I said I will write a stern review about them they WELCOMED it. DotZot executive said "You are most welcome and thanks for that."
At least consider my last request "Do not torture fellow human being by collaborating with these unprofessional firms."
