Dpm hyundai dehradun is one of the poorest service stations accoring to my experience. I purchased hyundai i10 1.1 from them and they used to pester/call me every second day just to get the review of my sales experience which actually was ok-ok.
When I went for the first service at 1200kms on odo I told them about the various issues which were conserning to me like an engine ticking sound which was present all the time, but unfortunately they have incompetent service advisors who were not willing to recognise the sound and told me every thing is normal. Now at 1400kms on odo I can still hear a tick tick tick sound from my engine all the time and have no idea where the sound is comming from!
