I bought a new Hyundai i20 from them, the sales experience was just average. I had to wait for approx 20 days, when they promised delivery within 7 days. On top of that, I could not get the color I ordered for.
But that was just the beginning of problems. On my first service, I realized that they were only interested in making more and more money out of their customers. They tried to pitch in other accessories and products of theirs, and said that without these, the car’s life will decrease. When I refused to take anything, they seemed so visibly disappointed that I feared they might vent it out on my car. And true to my expectations, when I received my car back, I found that they had hardly done anything. The car was not cleaned properly from the inside, there were marks on the windshield,
I would never recommend anyone to take their car to DPM.
