My Dad got treatment for vitrectomy surgery for one of this eye in the month of Jan 2013. After then they told he has catract in other eye and he took operated on Sept 2013.( for vitrectonomy he has got CMH insurance) and for that he has to take tht surgery in retina division hospital. For catract he has to come to normal division. Here the problem raised,
Since both surgery for different eye, those insane people should use 2 different files for summary of the patient, they nonsense people used single file for both the eye and after the catract surgery they have sent tht file back to retina hospital from normal division( atleast here they should hav some knowledge to retain the file till patient treatment), Staffs who work over there does not have any responsibility.
So After the cataract surgery doctor told us to come for a check-up after the 1 month, So we went on diwali day( November 2nd 2013), before we went we informed them and they told us to come, After we went there they said our file is in retina division and that is closed today and at present there are no major doctor’s here( they told this after 3 hrs of our check-In), I felt really angry that time and I was about to create a scene there, but then because of my dad I kept quite. they made us to wait for a long and duty doctors made some testing for name sake and told us to come on other day.
We have to come from XXXXXXXXX to Chennai( Morning we have to catch JP Express which will be crowded to reach Chennai and from central we have to come by Auto or taxi, since my dad is old and cant travel in bus and while back also same scenario for us) and after coming there happening like this is really nonsense, and I don’t have words to say their carelessness.
So Other day my mom took my dad to hospital( 09 Nov 2013), before that( 08 Nov 2013) we called and told them particularly to get the file from retina hospital, but that has not been done and our check-In time was at 9.15 am and file received at 11.30 am, we were about to meet Dr. XXXXXXXX over there but unfortunately because of this nonsense staff and their negligence, doctor left for the day from the hospital.
Now really do not know what will happen, Or we have to step into this hospital some other day
Conclusion: Hospitals are really became as business now, they are not bother about the patient and their goodness, they are concern only about money money money, Before entering into this hospital I have done my home work to find best hospitals, but our fate we fell into ditch. Im really not satisfied and my mom too, Mom felt so bad and she was so depressed by the service which they provided. People please try some other good hospital than this before choosing this.
