Dr Sunita Aggarwal and her husband Pankaj run the eye clinic like their household and operation theatre like their kitchen. They con a lot of people especially the elderly.
I took my father to their clinic for a cataract surgery only because they were in the list of approved eye hospitals in my company’s insurance. They did what no other self-respecting doctor does and did a cataract surgery on both eyes at the same time. This we came to know later is never advised by any doctor and many doctors were shocked when we mentioned this.
Further more both husband and wife were in the operation theatre and her husband Pankaj(who is an MBA he says) was the one operating the laser for the cataract surgery. They were constantly quarelling over what to do in the OT and ended up placing the lens in my dad’s right eye wrong. Till today Dad is not able to see well and has been to many many hospitals and doctors to try and get this rectified but in vain. When we questioned this they were abusive and told us to do what ever we please, they also gloated that they had already taken extra money for the laser treatment.
The other wierd thing was from the beginning they were trying to sell us a couple of stem cell injection for Rs 10, 000 each. They claimed it would heal dad’s diabetes and make him 30 years younger. Horrible ppl experimenting their theories on desperate ppl.
We hv now got their names removed from the list of approved hospitals for United HealthCare. A lot of doctors have warned us against them now and these people should be banned except for the fact that they hv friends in high places.
