This review is going to be long but then I suggest my readers to take 10 min and read this.I heard lot of good reviews about Dr Anil Abraham and decided to visit him for my acne problem. I always had a very clear skin but the I started developing small acne for 2 week. During the first appointment he was very friendly. The consultation charge was Rs 1000 and the medicines were worth about Rs 5500. I used it for about one month and my skin just became worse. There were no signs of improvement. He had asked me to do peel treatment with Dr Veena, his wife. Her clinic is in the same building. So I visited the clinic again to do the treatment. It was a 10min treatment and she charged me Rs 3000. When I asked her what benefit this treatment would do she gave me some mugged up definition and I genuinely did not understand what the final benefit would be. She seemed like a very nice professional doctor, so I thought maybe this treatment would help my skin. She applied some powder and cream for 10 minutes and said that the treatment is over. In between the treatment I told her that acne problem has increased after eating the medicines given by Dr Anil Abraham and she suggested me to see the doctor once again. So I requested the receptionist to let me see the Doctor again. I waited for some time and was allowed in. This time doctor seemed least interested. He was not even examining my problem. He asked me to discontinue 2 medicines given during the first visit and gave me 2 other medicines. He also charged consultation fees of Rs 800 for that and medicines costed another 5000rs. He told me to come after one month after doing atleast 2 peel treatment and skin would become better after 1 month. But my skin just became more pathetic. I did 2 peel treatment. Still there was no change and my skin just started becoming worse. My problem started with 2 or 3 pimples and now I was having pimples all over my face. I again went to meet him after one month. I told him that there is no improvement and it is just becoming worse. He did not even bother. He said do peel treatment. He did not even bother to see what kind of pimples I am getting. He again gave me one new medicine and charged me Rs800 for consultation. When I asked him more about the medicine he gave me a dirty face which had an expression ‘ just do what I say. I am not gonna explain’. At the pharmacy, they said the new set of medicines would cost me another 3000Rs. I had spent close to 20k over 3 months for treatment with Dr Anil and there has been no use. So I decided that I will not let myself be fooled again and stepped out promising never to return again. I stopped all his medicines and over 2 weeks my pimples stopped. Now I have marks on my face which was caused due to the previous pimples. Thanks to Dr Anil. I thought I should write this review so that no one should again undergo what I went through. He just wants to mint money and doesn’t actually care about whether he has done a good job. Please don’t go to him unless u have some free cash and u badly want to spend it some where. He is a doctor who his extremely rude, has no time to actually examine the patient and shamelessly collect money even when he sees that his treatment is not helping the patient.
