This is the condition where all the women folk will connect with me Menopause. Every women goes through this condition late after 40s. Some suffer from this in 40s some in 50s, but each women goes through this phase of life. This condition markes the end of a womens natural ability to bear children and it is a natural biological process, for the people who doesn’t understand it.
Well I was also passing through phase last year. But my condition was much worst with hot flashes in irregular periods for more than 3 months. I approaached my gynaecologist who as ususl advised for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), but this therapy accompanied side-effects and the major is Breast cancer and other cancers related to women. Also it takes a long time to heal even after opting for HRT. I also had mood swings and was getting annoyed on lot of things.
I didn’t want to try the tradition HRT therapy, so opted for homeopathy. I had read and done quite a lot of research on how homeopathy works, before opting for this medicine. Since Dr. Batra’s was a well known homeopathy clinic I decided to consult at Dr. Batras. At the clinic one the lady doctor, took down my complete history and advised how homeopathy can treat menopause. The doctor also suggested to meet one of their in-house dietican who can advise me on healthy eating and exercises. I was told that it will take around 6 to 7 months for the treatment, but in the first 3 months they try to reduce the pain through which I was going through. Also they will try to elevate my mood through the treatment. Post that they will treat the menopause.
As the doctor suggested the pain reduced and my mood returned back to normal within the first three months, and as I continued with the treatment my periods came back to normal. Through the treatment went on for around 13 months, but by the end of the whole treatment I was feeling better and also no side effects as homeopathy was a natural way of treatment.
