The doctor’s office convinced us into taking the one year plan.
After we paid all the money , their attitude totally changed.
I had a hard time to even get medicines from them in time.
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
I live in US and had heard about this doctor, they claimed that once we register with them I could email them with any questions and that they would respond back immediately.
The truth is they take 10 days to reply back to emails.
Their staff is incompitent and their customer service is awfull.
I would tell everyone NEVER EVER go to Dr. Batra’s clinic....they are just a money making organisation , a black mark in the name of Doctors.
I think it is better to go to the doctor in the street than any of Dr. Batra’s clinic
I am truely disappointed with this Doctor’s clinic.
