My wife had visited Dr Batras - Ashoknagar Branch 6 months - Intially Dr . Karthika took a detailed case and prescribed medicines and we are directed to meet another dr form next visit. When we came for the follow up - Dr insisted to meet only the pt ( My wife) and was I was asked to wait outside. Right form the frist day Dr . Prabhakar attitude was bad - And Dr.Prabhakar has given his mobile no to my wife and asked her to contact him if there is any problem as she was suffering from acute sinusitis.
After 2 months we did not any difference what so ever and we have discontinued , and my wife complained me that she is receiving unwanted sms form Dr.Prabhakar’s Number like how are you , call me , I miss you ..... Is this the way he drs in dr batras behave , Is this a multispeciality homoeopathic clinic or sex clinic. I made a complaint to the management and no action taken what so ever.
