People, I regulary watch this space since I am one of the customers whose money was
ripped by Batras. I have been watching all the new reviews here since more than a year.
But, from the past few months, I have observed that Batra’s team have been writing FAKE reviews with 5 Stars on Mouthshut(MS)and am quite confident about it!
How I could conclude all the reviews with 5 stars are fake:
1) If you observe all the ratings from beginning(when Batras started getting reviewed on MS), for every 20 or so reviews rated Poor
(Single Star) by the reviewer, there used to hardly be even one review with 5 Stars. All
of a sudden since the past few months, I see so many 5 Star reviews with big praises. It is impossible to have such a big change in pattern all of a sudden.
2) Almost all reviewers who have given 5 stars are recent members with just one review
and are absconding after that. Even more strange part is they all joined MS around the same time.
3) There is professional marketing touch/tone in their language which you don’t find in any of the other reviews. In the PROS/CONS section, CONS is same across many reviews saying "it takes some time to heal"
4) These people with new ids are visiting all old reviews which rated Batras poorly and have started posting comments in support of Batras.
5) They have started rating all 4 and 5 star reviews as’Very Useful’ and all 1 star reviews as’Not useful’. STRANGEST PART is most reviews with 1 or 2 stars have been voted’Not Useful’ by the same group of people everywhere!
I advise Mouthshut to delete the reviews and their IDs instead of just a’Discretion Advised’ message.
BELIEVE ME, PLEASE IGNORE ALL THE 5 STAR MESSAGES!
