2days before I had an appointment with Dr.batra’s clinic. I reached over there, then they told me Doctor has not come today. But they didn’t even bother to inform the patient. When I ask them, they said they can’t call the patient to give these information. At the same time, today they rescheduled my appointment at 2.40 pm without even asking me as I am comfortable with this timing or not. They just SMS me. Still I cancelled all my work n ready to go according to their given appointment time. Again today they called me n postponed to 5 pm. 2days before they told me they can’t call the patient. Now how come they called me to say this. That means that day they didn’t care n brother to inform me. These people only after money. They don’t bother about their patients. I joined here one month before n still waiting to start my treatment. How responsible these people are. They just concern to get their money collected that too for whole one year in advance. My one month payment is wasted now. This is how they give treatment. Their only concern is money.
