HR Professionals while seeking candidates for the company, communicate very rudely.
Not sure if these HR professionals understand English clearly, or they have been hired by the company due to knowing the local language at Bangalore. Or perhaps they want to hire only candidates knowing the local language of Bangalore, so they purposely scold and abuse the outsider/Non-Local candidates? . Extremely unprofessional and insulting way of talking in the initial conversation itself. In spite of answering questions correctly, they try to find faults and make the candidate lose interest. Company Management and Higher Authority should take note of this aggressive culture, and try to amend. If the process of screening candidates is this rude, I wonder how the environment inside the organisation would be! That too HR is one department where good communication is a must, if they only speak this bad, just imagine others?
