Yesterday morning I visited Dr. Jairaj’s Diagnostic Centre in Kharghar to do some blood tests for my wife. I had a miserable experience which I want to share:
First, money was collected at the counter and then we were told that Urine sample can not be collected here because there is no water in bathroom, and so you have go back home, collect the sample, and then come here again to submit the sample. This could have been told before collecting money, to save wastage of time.
Second, when I visited your centre at 6PM same day, I was asked by your staff when the urine sample was collected. When I told it was collected at 12:30 PM, he told me sorry, it needs to be tested within 1 hour of collection, and so I was given another container and asked to return the next day. If this was the rule, then my question is: why we were not informed of the same in the morning by the lady?
Third, when I visited this morning with the sample, I saw that lady from yesterday morning. I told her why she didnt informed us of the protocol, and she said.there is no such rule, you can submit your sample anytime, doesnt matter it has to be within 1 hour!
This is not only unprofessional but also harassment of your customer. I will never visit your centre again
