My wife is suffering from migraine, I took her to Dr, K. Ravishankar for consultation and he prescribed five medicines tablets per day for one month and told us to get a CT scan of her head and come after one month.He took Rs. 3000 for consultation and did not give any receipt.
Next time she went alone and during the consultation she politely asked a simple question which every patient will like to ask that for how much time it will be required for the medicines to work? To her horror he went berserk and was down rightly rude. He told her to ask her parents this question as she had inherited the genes from them, he even chided her for questioning his integrity for asking this simple question after abusing her for five minutes he told her that she have to take medicine for next six years and come after two months for checkup.This time he charged Rs 2000 and did not issue a receipt.
My wife was so shell shocked that she came crying home.We revere doctors after God, but some of them are so power hungry that they think themselves as God.I will not be surprised if other patients especially a woman has ta similar experience with him.
