I visited Mumbai to visit my family from Europe. I had a teeth problem, had to see the dentist to take treatment. This hospital look good, shiny, so I expected this hospital should offer good quality care.
I was surprised with the attitude of the dentist. At first consultation, conversation was disturbed so many times because the dentist took all phone calls and didn’t stop answering to any question from dental nurses.
Even during treatment, my dentist didn’t stop chatting, even she was singing some times. I was so uncomfortable to be treated with this attitude. I could clearly feel she didn’t concentrate with the treatment, she used to stop her hand when she was so busy to chat to her nurses.
I have taken so many dental treatments in other countries, I have never experienced with this kind of poor protocol. The treatment didn’t go well, I was not surprised with this, because I could feel something was wrong during treatment.
Even though I asked her why I had so much pain, she just told me, ’ Do not worry, everything will be fine. You are too nervous, ’Now I have lot of pain my teeth which was treated by this dentist, I might loose my teeth because of failure treatment.
I spent nearly 20, 000 Rupees for this treatment, now I am loosing my teeth. It is very shame and I feel sad.
I can not stop regretting to take this treatment in Mumbai. However I will never take any dental treatment here, I can not recommend here to anybody.
