This is a real story of a disheartened patient relative. By God grace we hardly needed to visit doctor. But when ever there was requirement then we use to go L.H. Hiranandani hospital as it is nearby to my place.
The hospital is well built without a philosophy of serving people. It looks like a money making institute from peoples misery. We got to admit my wife for some small surgery. I end up paying 43, 000 Rs. I enquired this out in market and got to know that this surgery could have done in less than 10, 000 Rs. This was a shock to my family.
I noticed from my 5 pages bill that once you are admit they will charge you for every breathe their doctors take. They will charge you for every word their doctors speak. They will charge you for the drama their doctors do with the patient.
Some of the crude observations:
I have been changed for Urine test when actually no urine was collected from patient
They have conducted enormous testing when they were not at all required and handling over reports is clear mockery.
Doctors are more like a imperfect theater drama actors and actresses
Its not like everytime I am sad I post my reviews. This is my first reviews of life. And I want to warn people in Mumbai especially living in regions like Powai, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Andheri etc that it is better to visit good doctors visiting small clinics then visiting Hiranandani Hosp.
This is not a place for patient. This is a money suc*ing machine without a purpose of curing and caring needy.
