I had visited this doc ANITA SONI after having allegedly trusting that Hiranandani doctors would offer a best service. But it turned out be a bad experience for me. The Doctor was hardly paying attention to the problem and was more busy in texting using her smart phone. At least she should had bothered to listen what the patient had a problem with. Although her profile sounds so great her immature way of handling the patients really irritated me. She is not able to connect to the patients well. Although she is having a sound track record of many years in service she does not know how to treat and counsel the patients.
I would not prefer going back to her. She looks to be totally unprofessional and does not pay attention to what one has to say, she looks to be more quirky and rather trying to create humor in an insensible way. She gave a huge hefty bill of RS 10000 for a normal blood test and a normal check up. I wonder what would happen if a person approaches her with a serious issue. She would really empty our packets. I hardly spent 2 mins with the consultation for which I had paid a hefty amount. She is totally unprofessional and unethical. I would strongly not recommend going to her as it would be a sheer waste of time and money.
Not to mention about the Hospital staff who are busy in their own world, attending phones and do not properly respond to your basic questions. I was a first timer and I could not tolerate this kind of behavior by the hospital staff. It is very saddening to see that the state of institution being run in this way. If this continues its going to be really a problem for these guys. I hope it helps for other first goers who plan to visit Hiranandani Hospital, please do not get cheated by these guys.
You really get a wrong impression of her innocuous and homely profile photo in Hiranandani but she is totally the opposite.
