This is a recent incidence ... Called Dr Lal home collection services ... They hung up on me thrice ... Then they called back ... Assured that they will be sending phlebotomist to our in another 1hr ... But they person never appeared.. as the tests were real Emergency So couldnt afford to take pts lab .... Whole treatment got delayed for 24hrs for their unethical behaviour....... I think they should have this in their mind that this is higly competitive world ...
PS : I AM A DOCTOR ... I KNOW WHAT THIS DELAY MEANS...
