Dr. Lal Path Lab smaple collection center in Pandav Nagar is worst, My wife is pregent and dctor wrote two test 1) H1B1 and 2)GTT . My wife give sample on 04-Oct-2009 and we told that collect your report on 05-Oct-2009 evening, When I reach there.
I find the Lady is sturggling with computer to login into to portal, After she kept me waiting for more than 40 min she replied back that I have problem with system, Please collect it tommorrow. Next day when I visit she replied I don’t know which test are doint, your slip is saying GTT register saying GTS and Lab person saying something else. After Aruging with her for a while she replied that we need to take a sample again.
Once I asked for the refund, they said we cannot give you that we have a sperate process for the same.My experience says that they just place hardly unexperienced person for sample collection, who need to work as an operator as well and require to handle new customer also and giving reports.
No hygiene nothing, Belive me there is no faith what test they doing, No communication, no moral responsiblity nothing just collecting money that’s it
Custmer care is also worst not able to answer properly. I feel they are playing with peopl’s life. Govt should take action against them.
