I am Shruti Bhide, earlier worked in the field of media as an audio engineer. During the month of November 2009 I developed severe pain in my lower back(L5, S1) and was clueless as to what the reason was! I went to an orthopedic doctor who in turn asked me to take an X-ray and misguided me saying it was a muscle pull and asked me to do forward bending everyday as an exercise, which in a week’s time aggravated the pain more and I was barely able to walk.Later he put me on Physiotherapy for 2 weeks which showed no positive result at all! I consulted another orthopedic doctor for a 2nd opinion, who asked me to first get a M.R.I and later suggested to go in for a surgery. My mother didn’t want me to undergo any surgery, and so the doctor gave me few pain killers, etc.So from that day till Feb 12th 2010 I lay at home taking bed rest.My right leg used to become numb and I used to have constant nerve inflammation. On feb 12th my mom saw Dr. Vijay Sarvotham’s ad in a newspaper, and immediately the next day we reached the clinic with the M.R.I. Dr. Vijay gave me a moral boost which I was in need of very badly.
He gave me a lot of confidence and told me that he will make sure that I will be back to my normal life again.I started with a 3 weeks treatment which slowly started showing positive result, and gradually the doctor decreased the daily treatment to twice in a week and gradually all the pain in my back, right leg, the nerve inflammation and the numbness just disappeared.I was back to my normal life style as Dr.Vijay had promised. For the past 4 years, I just go once a month just for one sitting.I am so thankful to Dr.Vijay for bringing me back to my normal life style.He is just like a God to me. I think that sums up how grateful and thankful I am to him.
