Booked Ranka Aquagreens in Kengeri mid 2012 with a promised completion in Dec 2012. Multiple revised deadlines(blaming external forces every time) later, in April 2014 the project was declared ’complete’ by the builder, when pretty much all amenities were incomplete(Most are still in progress). Most finishing work on apartments happened during last 2-3 months(I visited alternate months all through the waiting period) resulting in shoddy floor tiling, door n window framing, utility area etc. etc.My flat is currently going through snag fixes for past 3.months.Stay away from this builder and don’t expect quality of even a tier-2 level builder!
