I gave my Honda Unicorn for servicing at Dream Honda show room and service center, Whitefield, Bangalore for a regular maintenance. I booked a slot for maintenance around 15th of Feb and got a slot for 19th Mar 13. This is a very long waiting period.
I took my bike to the service center around 10 am. The process of taking the bike for maintenance, staff courtesy was very good. As soon as I went there, a staff member put a token number on my bike so that ’first come first serve’ can be maintained. Mechanical experts started taking the vehicles based on these token numbers.
They had a good ear to listen to the problems that customers were telling about the vehicles. They noted down all the problems and gave an estimate of cost. If there are any additional parts to be replaced, they will give a call to the customer and take their consent before replacing the required parts. The delivery of the vehicle was also almost on time.
I really felt very happy to see my bike after servicing as the polishing was done so well that it started looking like a new bike. Icing on the cake was insertion of perfume into the ignition key hole for good fragrance.
Over all it was a good experience getting servicing done for my bike at Dream Honda, Whitefield, Bangalore. Hope they will maintain the same level of service or improve further going forward.
