I have registered for Dream11 fantasy site before 8 months through referral link and iam not satisfied with the support they give for queries. I was not give any signup bonus of rs 250 as mentioned so I contacted the support team for 5 times and I have not got any reply from them. The site allows us to choose 6 teams if we play for fantasy cricket and I have selected 6 teams and I have won only rs10 for a league but my participation is 8 leagues. I have played for rs 300 and got back only rs 10 which is not an guaranteed income. Apart from cricket they have fantasy football and NBA sports and for none of the sports the point system is clear. For instance I have to get 2x points for captain scoring the runs or taking wickets but I did not get the point as suggested in terms and conditions so I have mailed to the support team but till date no reply form them. The ultimate aim of this fantasy website is to make the customer Bet more money and loose them by participating in the contests. The minimum withdrawal is rs 200 and we have to play contests and we can not withdraw money if the total amount won is below 200rs. I would not recommend this site for playing any fantasy matches and loosing the competitions.
