They just show you prospects of a lot of projects they are said to be developing. Almost all of them they will say will be starting construction with in next 2-3 months. The moment you take a site visit you can easily make out that the project is a fake. They are said to use the customers booking money for purchasing land. I don’t really know whether they purchase any land, but they surely purchase a banner/board for their property. The moment they collect enough money from customers the board will also vanish and you may have to take rounds to get your money back from them. I have heard of a few really lucky guys who managed to get a refund, but most of them have lost their money.
