I purchased a dress online. A few days later, I received an email asking for payment! I provided payment when I ordered the dress. Upon receiving my dress, which was crammed into a small plastic package, it was the wrong color. Some areas of their website state you have 7 days to return items and in other areas I found 15 days. I’ve been trying to obtain an address to return the dress for 4 days now as the original packaging is unclear on the senders address which seems to be from Singapore. I would appreciate my money back, but after reading several reviews on this company, I doubt if it will happen!
