Wear every thing right and add a 180 degree smile

When , What n Where ....???...For any profession, when you go in for an interview you should dress conservatively, because you never know who you will meet. And even if you think it’s a company that does casual days, you always need to be dressed in a suit...or a saree.

MEN DRESSING :-

Men should wear a dark suit, navy or charcoal gray {being in India we need to keep our self free of uneasiness in summer so prefer cottons n line which u are comfortable with even a loose neck will do but should look neat and must be pressed }. It can be pinstriped, but needs to be fairly conservative. It doesn’t need to be expensive, but your suit should be well fitted.

Generally, men should wear a white shirt, a conservative neck tie, dark shoes and dark socks. And we always joke with our students here that they need to wear socks that come up to their knee, over the calf. Therefore, when they sit down and cross their legs, their legs are not hanging out. A watch or ring is perfectly acceptable. You don’t need to have very short hair, but it certainly needs to look clean, combed and well-kept because you want to create a good impression when you walk in.

WOMEN DRESSING :-

Women should wear dark suits also..or even dark sarees will do but for working women sareees are a little inconvenient in this fast moving metros . They get a few more options. They can wear a colored blouse of some kind that does not necessarily have to be white. And we say that the skirt should be long or just above the knee, but no miniskirts.

Women should wear hose and heels they are comfortable in. And again, they need to look professional. Jewelry needs to be worn in moderation. If women are going to wear earings, they need to wear studs, not long dangling things. Hair needs to be washed and combed, and if it’s very long it should be pulled up or back so that people can see your face and eyes, and you are not tempted to play with your hair if you get nervous. Then you can concentrate on the recruiter. An interview is not the right time to try out a new pair of shoes or a new suit because you’ll wind up distracted during the interview.

P.s. Wear everything right and add a 180 degree smile and right attitude on ur face and the day is urs :-)
