I recently booked a car wash with DriveU, and to say the experience was disappointing would be an understatement. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was delayed by a mere 20 minutes, and while I had informed the executive and even offered some refreshments and a comfortable place to wait inside my home, the response I received was less than courteous. To my surprise, without any prior intimation, my booking was cancelled.
Following the cancellation, I was slapped with a cancellation fee which I had to persistently follow up with their customer support to get refunded. The level of professionalism exhibited by their support team was, quite frankly, appalling. Their tone was unnecessarily rude, and it felt as though the onus of their own executives behavior was being placed on me.
This is the first time Ive encountered such an unprofessional company. I would advise potential customers to think twice before opting for their services.
