So drivezy has smartly disabled the option to review its services on Facebook, hence putting my review here for the benefit of the public at large. Drivezy takes your booking without having actual cars to rent.
I had booked a car(pnr ML0KTMZFZE) for 2 days 16 June and 17 June. The booking was made a week in advance with full amount paid. On the morning of 16 June 9.30 am(30 mins before scheduled pick up time) I get a text message that my pick up may be delayed and I should call to confirm the time. I called their customer care and they informed that the previous customer has still not returned the car. As per first conversation it seemed they are working to resolve it and mostly I was going to get a car with slight delay.
There was no call back so I again called. This time they provided me with the number of the location agent. He informed me that the previous customer is going to return the car the next day! And there was no other car available.
I call back the customer care to arrange for any car from any location in Mumbai. They respond that all the cars are booked and there are no cars available.
Here I was on my birthday(did I mention that before? 16 June happened to be my birthday), stranded with a planned itenerary without a car despite booking and paying this company in advance.
The customer care politely tells me sorry for the inconvenience and refunded me my booking amount. However that was of oi help given the juncture I was at - there were no cabs available at any car hire.
So in conclusion - should you go for Drivezy? - NEVER EVER
Do not get lured by their competitive prices.
