I had a booking for rental car(Ritz) 10th Jun 2018 and it was booked 1 day in advance(Paid the amount in advance).
I was supposed to pick the car by 11.30AM and I was on my way to pick the vehicle. I got a call on my way from the car provider and said that the car is not available due to shortage, the time was almost 11.45AM at that time and also said that they can arrange a vehicle in Chikka Jala where as I stay in Marathahalli.
Then I called Drivezy customer care and they said that sir we are not able to provide the vehicle due to the vehicle got damaged on the previous day.
Here they have almost 14-15 Hr time to inform the customer but they never informed me.
Finally they said, that they can help me in getting my money back, I dont what kind of help it is.
This was my first, last and worst booking from Drivezy.
