Hello guys I am sharing last scenario happened with droom . They organise a sale of helmet in 49 Rs , So I also tried to book a order , Helmet in 49 is not bad at all . I opened the website approx at 11.07 Am in which sale is running however it starts at 11.00 am . Website is running very slow taking approx one or two minutes to respond . It took me 10-15 minutes to book a helmet . I successfully ordered it. But after 3 hours they cancelled my order saying automatic verification failed . I don’t even know what that means, how verification got failure. They issued me refund but didn’t get it successfully back till now . So it was an unexpected event to be. Although it’s not so big deal. But I think to share my opinions. I’ll attach screenshots of order as my point
