No guys, Droom is not at all trustworthy.
Let me explain first how I was trapped from DROOM.
I saw one bike at Droom it was showing high-quality check-up rate at Droom site, I blindly believed them and paid token money, after paying token money, Droom gave me seller details, I called seller he asked me to come to his place, I went there, that time only I came to know he is a dealer, he was started to telling me so many stories and finally convinced me to buy that bike which is pulsar 150CC(For your notice: That dealer name Century Motors, Dargha Mohalla, Old Madras Road, Tin Factory, Near K.R Puram Railway Station, Bangalore-560016), I bought that bike came out of the place, on the way traffic man stopped me and He told there are 10 traffic violation cases on it, and asked me to pay all penalty, I immediately called the dealer, he was telling me, that and all you only have to take care we can’t do anything, I apid fine and moved from the place.
Next day bike was not getting the start, I take to bajaj service station they were told me there are engine and gare work on bike approximately it will cost you around 10K,
I am shocked and I went to dealer place he was giving me the very careless answer and abusing me like(Bike me Kuch bi problem nahi he tum pagal ho and etc)
And there is one manager his name Akheel(9611170920) he is not at all don’t know how to speak with the customer, he was behaving with me as he gave me the bike for free, talking very carelessly and irrespectively, I can’t explain all that you will only know if you experience that.
I called Droom I got the answer from Droom is, once you buy we can’t do anything you go and ask dealer only, I wrote No of emails to Droom but no solution they just reply some bullshit replies. I was really terrified, Now I don’t have any option, either I have to repair the bike or I will have to sell at any price if anyone ready to buy!
SO guys, Be careful about Droom and Century Motors.
Don’t trust blindly and go for Droom, beliving that Droom is big flatform, Because they don’t have any corporate ethics, they are just sitting there to do fraudality and cheat customers.No guys, Droom is not at all trustworthy.
