Well I don’t use this site for myself but my wife sends me emails with the products she loves on this site and I end up buying them with my credit card. My wife loves this site and I’m beginning to appreciate it coz the products get better & keeps the wife happy.
The service is good & all questions get answered fairly quickly. Packaging could be better comes in a white plastic envelope with no branding but they do say recycled packaging so maybe that’s why. Only problem is we have to wait for a long time unless we order something which has immediate shipping. I’ve ordered 6 times, 4 times were delivered as promised, once the product was out of stock & they refunded with option of voucher or back to my credit card and once they didn’t have the colour I wanted so I changed to another colour. Good thing they have loyalty points for each purchase so I redeemed that too.
Sometimes some products will be out of stock & they don’t update that in the site so that is annoying. But overall I think this is a good site and my wife doesn’t like to tell anyone coz she’s worried her friends will copy her.
