Dalal street investment journal: I have deposited Rs 13040 first for BTST pack, later they have not at all provided service one also in a week supposed to give, they use to give at 3 pm which is market closure time and all wrong suggestion they give .
Secondly, I requested them to change for another service, to TAS, this service more worst, how, they give suggestions after 10.30 am which stock already 2% up trend to buy, if you trade on their calls, you will land up in huge risk and losses . For this services I paid again Rs 4040, altogether I paid for Rs 17080 .
Now TAS also not good service, any service of Dalal street is not good . I requested them to change, my services to Journal scubscription, they are not willing to do that .
They even not bothered to respect India’s established Consumer forum for consumer welfare, when I said him going to file a complain, One of the employee Mr. Arvind, saying Chalega, when I requested him to change my TAS service to Subscription of journal monthly, they says refund could not be possible .
They made a rule to cheat people, many mails I written from day one of my service, if I count nearly per day 20 mails, total of 250 mails written no one bother to respond and I am asking for refund, they it is their policy co the company not to refund .
I request all the subscribers for dalal street not to go and deposit any amount . This is one of the worst company in the history of India . Any one who is facing any fraud by this comapny directly write to SEBI, NSE and consumer forum to recover amount .
The team also include: Arvind, Shruti, susheel, Customer care, all are worst people, they never bother to respond mails of the customers and their services are very poor .
Hence, I request all the readers of this forum please help me how to recover my amount from
