Dt cinema hall opened up in chandigarh it park is really lacking in its professionalism!I had booked a 3pm movie with my 2 year old son. I reached 20 minutes late. My show was in audi 1 and security guy did not let me in saying the movie had not started as yet. I told him I have come for a cartoon movie and it started long time back but it fell on deaf ears.he said the movie has not started.we waited for half hour outside to realise it was already 3.50 and when I peeked in the hall.
The movie was on! And I had missed the movie, would have missed even more had I not realised the time.the staff was totally un co operative, trying to find fault in me and not compromising in anyway at all. Infact manager and attend and there were laughing at my agitation.
They dont realise being a working mom I find these little times of fun which they totally ruined for us. Its 45 minutes drive from home and that too with a toddler is a task.manager and jeetendra there were highly unprofessional in handling the situation making me realise that taking consumers for granted is still on in india. Had it been a professional hall they would have taken responsibility and helped us or pacified us but no all they had an irritating smirk on their face. Loos are highly ill-maintained.
Last time I ordered nachos and the attendant gave me half the quantity and I just asked have u lessened the quantity. Supposedly the guy was’new’ and did not know the amount to be given
