All, Last week we went for DTC movers and packers to move our household items. When they visited (a b**d called Anand from DTC) home they gave an attractive price and low quotation which made me happy and to go for it. On the day of packing I underwent all the pain for choosing their low quotation. Firstly, the packing done was worst. Just dumping a thrashing. No care and many of the stuff broken while packing itself.
After packing and loading, they demanded extra money saying thing are more and value of things are high. I fought and made only the agreed payment and they started the truck. When it reached the destination, again all the fighting resumed.
They (the same guy Anand especially and his manager) demanded double of the money and used coarse languages to me while demaning money and only I pay they said they will bring the lorry to my house to deliver and arrange for unloading. After a fight of 1hr, I agreed to pay 3K extra and was asked to pay to the driver. After I agreed to pay, truck came and I paid.
Then I was waiting, no one came for unloading and those bds did not even pick up the call. All I did was arrnaging for the people on my own and had to pay some more money for unload with the help of truck driver. In turn it took me 6-7K extra and to add to my terrible pain I saw cot, sofa and a few other items damaged. Such a painful experience I had with DTC movers and packers.
