I was expecting a parsal from Delhi which was handed over to DTDC on 18th Jan 2017 and expected to receive by the end of 20th jan, 2017 at Kolkata but I haven’t received that parsal yet. I have called the customer support of DTDC numerous time and tracking courier details through out the day but there is no positive response from there end. Toady on 21st JAN, 2017 I have tracked the details of the courier which is showing(COURIER RECEIVED AT FACILITY CENTER CAMAC STREET) after that I have just visited camac street DTDC office but they have told me that they didn’t received the product yet. I was frustrating and dissapointing service from DTDC ends.
I f they can’t delivered the parsal within two days in metrocities then there is no use of such kind of courir company. WHY TO PAY THAT MUCH AMOUNT WHEN THEY CAN’T MAKE IT DELIVER.
Avoid DTDC and be hasselfre. We have many alternative in the market.
