This is regarding a important courier my client send on 25 Sep 19. Being in local area I presumed it will take a day or two. On 01 Oct 19 I recieved a message that my courier has been sucessfully handed over. I had no clue whom the courier person handed over. Being in office and we have different department I personally checked with the reception( where generally the couriers are handed over). The courier contains the invoice for a event that was conducted at our company. The DTDC office at Bommanahalli told they need to check and revert back to me.As usual I had to make call only to find that it was never handed over to anyone but the courier was given to Madivala branch. Now its like a football that I need to go behind them to check where they have kept the courier. The Shipment No. B66724704 is not traceable now. As per the complaint given Case # 15417806 dated 09 Oct 19 was closed as they have assumed it as delivered as per the tracking which never did happen. Now its the trust we lose when these courier company takes us for a ride. Pathetic service.
